Auto Extended Warranties Provide Necessary Protection

My wife has become pretty concerned lately about not having warranty protection on her car. It ran out about eight months ago. The vehicle has been very reliable and we have never had to do anything more than routine maintenance to it. She feels like something major is going to happen to it so she wants me to purchase one of those auto extended warranties. I think I should probably heed her warnings and take some action on her suggestion. She seems to have sort of sixth sense about these kinds of things. I would definitely be in trouble with her if something goes wrong and I didn’t get the protection she wants.
