Hydrogen cars work and yes they do. It has been known for a long time that you can run your car on water and this is based on the fact that when you apply the process of electrolysis you can be able to release gases from water. Hydrogen cars would not need any elaborate modifications to make it work. You will simply fix a converter inside the engine and the converter will turn small amounts of water into gas.
