Why hybred cars are becoming so popular?

By admin | June 3, 2008

To be a viable alternative to standard cars, hybred cars must be able to drive at least 300 miles before refuelling, be refuelled quickly and easily, and keep up with other traffic on the road otherwise people would simply not be interested in using them.

A gasoline car meets these requirements but produces a large amount of pollution and gets poor gas mileage. An electric car produces no pollution but needs to be refuelled every 50 to 100 miles and is generally very slow. So gasoline electric or diesel electric are the perfect solution for everyday car users.
