Is it really just a software based approach to meeting the demands of customer relationships or is it more? First of all do you have a clear understanding of what you want your companies relationship with its customers to be? With that firmly established you are in a position to start your search for web based customer relationship management systems that will work for you and your company. Insist that you be allowed to converse with not only the developers sales force but their development team as well. You know what you want but from their development perspective are they doable.
