Does anyone know of a good real estate appraiser?

I am interested in buying a new house. I have found one that I like, and we are interested in making an offer. However, we are not sure what the house is really worth. We think that the owners are asking way too much, so we want to have a real estate appraiser come and evaluate the property so we have a better idea of a fair offer. We know that if we agree to pay too much we won’t be able to get a mortgage either. The house has been on the market for a long time, so they are ready to sell. Does anyone know of a good real estate appraiser in Claremont, CA that we could call for this?
