Never Made an International Money Transfer

I have never made an international money transfer, and I don’t have a clue where to start. I know that I will need to make several of these transfers to the same person over the next several months so I want to find a bank that I trust and also one which will not try to pull the wool over my eyes since I am obviously a novice. I don’t have a great relationship with any bank person so I don’t have any particular loyalty to any institution. Is there one that has a great reputation for handling international money transfers or are they all pretty much the same?
