The benefits of a human resource system versus outsourcing

By admin | April 14, 2008

The company that I work for is undergoing rapid expansion and is required to hire new graduates to meet labor shortfall. In the past, the hiring has been done internally. The current issue facing the organization is whether to continue down the same path or to engage outsourcing. An internal human resource system would definitely benefit the organization but would require the services of a dedicated employee. Outsourcing, on the other hand, may prove to be more cost effective until the volume of processing for new employees and labor requirements is cheaper than paying an external firm. I have been placed in charge of researching a solution and presenting an appropriate course of action.
