A Little Boost

After I had my second child, I really needed to lose weight. I gained about 20 more pounds my second pregnancy than I had with my first. Now granted my second child was bigger than my first, it just seemed like the weight wasn’t falling off as fast the second time around as it did the first. Which I guess is normal, or so I heard.
So I started trying everything. I joined a new gym and worked out 5 days a week. I also changed my diet and was eating very healthy. I saw some weight loss, but not enough for all of the work I was doing. I needed something more.
A girlfriend of mine told me about a natural supplement she had been taking. She was able to get in good shape with Hoodia and thought I should try it. I did, and after a month, I am not back down to my pre-pregnancy size. I am so glad something helped. I guess I just needed a little boost.
