A Natural Fat Loss Approach
By admin | March 4, 2009
With all the diet programs available nowadays, the notion of weight loss has become more a business than it is healthy. Most of the common dieting groups offer frozen meals laden with preservatives and requiring between 3 to 5 minutes of cooking in a microwave. These foods claiming to be healthy are imposters in a world thriving on consumerism and capitalism. To create natural fat loss, you should follow a few simple rules:
1. Nothing that requires microwaving will ever be healthy or 100% safe. Microwaves cause rancidity in the foods being heated, then causing a certain level of discomfort when ingested.
2. Eating good quality organic food products will reduce the amount of toxins in your body. Once your body has a decreased amount of toxins, you will begin to lose weight from living a healthier lifestyle. Most people are looking to decrease belly fat, which is caused mostly by the toxins you are eating.
3. Plan your meals ahead of time. Waiting until you’re hungry doesn’t work because you feel a sense of urgency and end up eating the first thing that will sit still. To that end, you should always have food with you. When trying to control hunger, food becomes your medicine and you must have something on you at all times in the event of a big mac attack.
4. Stay active. Go for a walk or a bike ride. Sometimes there’s not really a need to get a gym membership right away, as some people find this overwhelming, so be realistic. Go for a walk as often as you can or feel comfortable with. This way you keep the blood flowing and your mobility will increase. Trust me, you’ll feel better and if you want to start that gym membership, this will be a great first step.
There you have it: four simple-to-follow rules that will help you lose fat naturally. No more having to wait for that microwave to heat up your frozen entree. Now you can eat healthy and forget about that pesky freezer burn!
