Chewing the fat mentally

Fat is not just something you get in your body that causes you to become heavier, or to feel bad about the way you look. Fat accumulates in the mental region as well by way of your subconscious mind and your internal dialogue. In many ways fat loss can be attributed to removing the fat in your internal dialogue as much as it is to a diet. Thoughts manifest into physical things and often we manifest weight loss when we worry about something too much or have a painful experience gnawing at our livelihood. Some of us punish ourselves this way and when we learn to clean out our mental closets weight loss can result because we’ve stopped blocking the body’s natural ability to work. The mind runs the body and a cluttered or distracted mind can manifest problems in the body just like putting sugar in a gas tank can cause all sorts of problems.
