food and migraines
By admin | August 26, 2008
I have a good friend who is one of the most energetic and busy people, able to juggle her 2 businesses, her family, her friends and her hobby. Except, when she gets a migraine. She is half Japanese, so her approach to dealing with anything is to try a natural migraine defense first. We spoke about it one day after a remarkably debilitating episode. One common trigger for migraines is food, and my friend has a severe reaction to MSG and Splenda. Both are difficult to identify when you are in restaurants and drive-thru’s and it is included in the food; the migraine just blind-sides you.
