Losing Weight with Kids

I think it is much easier to lose weight when you don’t have kids. First of all, you put on weight in the process of having kids, and once the kids are here, it is hard to find time for things like cooking healthy meals and exercising. Also, it is so easy to eat extra calories by cleaning off their plates so as not to waste food. There should be a Fat Loss 4 Idiots type book that deals with moms and easy ways for them to increase activity and eat healthily in spite of having kids to take care of.
