Oprah’s acai diet lays emphasis on all the meals that are made up of acai berries. This is a purple color fruit that looks like a grape. I must say that they taste really good and have a lot of health benefits as well. Acai berry meals are really easy to make and I love to cook them for my self as I can lose weight naturally after their consumption. I do not need to go to the gym when I am on this diet as this diet naturally reduces my appetite because of which I do not feel like having much food.
