Quick relief from Back Pain Right Side

I am suffering from Back Pain Right Side and am a very bad situation. Due to recession I lost my job and now at home I don’t have much to spend on the treatment of back pain right side. My left side as well as the middle of my back is perfectly alright but the problem is the right side.It is strange because I usually am very fit but this time I am suffering quite a lot. Please be free to give any advice or solution for the remedy of back pain right side I hope surgery is not the only solution to it.
