Raw Food Detox Diet. Why?

Raw food. If you say yuck to that, then please read on to see what we mean.
When it comes to a detox diet, the point is to get rid of the junk that our bodies can not naturally process, right?
All the junk is the processed foods that we consume on a daily basis. The fast food, pizza and microwave dinners are not easy for our body to break down.
Raw food means uncooked veggies and fruits. Natural nuts, seeds, beans and grains are good also but should not be cooked if possible.
Why? Because a natural food will loose enzymes when cooked at a temperature higher than 116 degrees Fahrenheit.
Enzymes are the biggest reason to do a Raw Food Detox Diet because our body needs them and can process them easily.
You’ll notice a big difference in the way you look and feel too!
