Treatment Options

I noticed some common prostate cancer symptoms a few months ago, so I scheduled an appointment with my doctor. He did a PSA blood test and a digital rectal exam, and was then worried enough to do a biopsy. It turns out I am in the early stages of prostate cancer. Now I am trying to decide what treatment to undergo. I think I am a little too worried to just do the watchful waiting thing, I definitely want to do something. I am thinking about nerve sparing surgery to remove the cancer, because I would definitely like to keep erectile function if possible, and this is the treatment that will give me the most chance of that.
