Using Natural Sleep Aids

Insomnia is a sleep disorder that affects millions of people all over the world. It deprives people of the rest they need to get through the next day. It is irritating to say the least and it is always something that everyone wants to avoid. Insomnia is something that occurs on a continuing basis and is something that can be controlled, either through medical means or by natural sleep aids. Chronic (or long-term) insomnia needs careful evaluation by a medical professional because it could be a symptom of something more serious such as sleep apnea or heart disease. Transient (or short-term) insomnia can be managed using natural remedies.
