Interesting places

There are many interesting places all over the world. If you like to cook, some of the most commonly overlooked interesting places are commercial restaurant refrigerators of 4 star or better restaurants. Some of the ingredients and smells can be fascinating. I used to work for one such restaurant as a waitress. One of my favorite jobs in side work was cutting lemons. I had to go into the walk-in and get the lemons. Cooks are protective of their kitchen and very leery of waitstaff so this was a treat! I was exposed to ingredients I had never seen before.
