What is important?

It is the coffee or the process that is the important to you? Many of you would say that of course it is the coffee that is important, but then if you think back, you might be doing things that proves otherwise. For example, there are many of you that shun the coffee pods machine simply because it is too simple, right? Most of you would rather grind, dose and tamp to get the best espresso. Using the single serve coffee maker is just so boring, isn’t that right?
