Easy photo sharing means you dont have to miss a thing

We had been planning our traditional spring outing as a family for weeks – every year we head to Central Nebraska to watch the Sandhill Cranes as the migrate through the great central flyway that all millions of migratory birds uses every year to head back north after the winter. The Cranes are especially beautiful – their gracefulness is unequaled, even though they’re a large bird. But this year was different. I had to undergo surgery that prevented me from traveling, and my wife and kids were ready to call the trip off. But I told them no way, they had to make the trip and send me photos via an easy photo sharing site on the Internet. It took some convincing, but finally they agreed to make a quick two day trip. I was fine at home, had lots of help from neighbors and friends, and I got to see the beautiful cranes via the pictures they emailed me!
