Personalized bracelets for team

In some teams they make personalized jewelry to identify each players accomplishments. You start off with a blank bracelet band and as you do things to bring the team up they add engagements to it. I think this is a great idea for motivation and team growth. It motivates the other players to see what others have and gives them the drive to aspire towards certain goals. In some cases the goals they make they may not have thought to achieve until they saw it on another players band. Depending on what your team does this could be any number of things.
