A home that you are about to sell must be in good condition. If it is a soft market you will have a large number of competitors. This competition means that the most impressive house at an affordable price to the buyer is going to stand out so you need to be the house that is looking the best out of the lot. An Orlando vacation villa for instance, must be in very good condition as you would want to impress potential buyers. You would want to get at least the market value for your home. You may want to fix your floor, roof, ceiling, carpeting and other things before you can sell. If you don’t have sufficient money to do these things and they are not in good condition then you will have to cater for this in the value of the house.
