How to Find Talents
To get a solid talent roster you have to be visible and resourceful. Initially, as written by Randy Charach from Synergy Talent, to get your roster going, contact any entertainers, models and actors you know personally. Use the contacts provided in this book, look for talents that are advertising in your local Yellow Pages and in newspapers and most importantly, search the Internet. Once you have done that, you should definitely screen your talents well, get them to send you a videotape, and if possible, meet them in person. You might even want to consider running a basic background check on them.
