A Good Abs Bodybuilding Routine for Beginners

A flat stomach with nicely shaped abs is what many heavily desire. However, this involves hard work. A great abs bodybuilding routine to start with are crunches. There are many variants of the crunch exercise. For example, if the arms are crossed in front of the body, the exercise will be easier to perform. To increase the effect of this abs bodybuilding routine, the hands can be placed behind the head. An even higher efficiency of this routine can be reached by stretching both arms above the head while performing the crunches.

Other variants include the twisted crunch where the elbow of one arm touches the knee of the opposite leg. Performing these abs bodybuilding routine on a daily basis is a good way to start building a nicely shaped six pack.
