Learn Some Marathon Training Tips

A lot of people today considered jogging as the best cardio vascular exercise and I, for one, is one of those who is now in love with jogging.  I have lost a lot of weight just by jogging. Matter of fact, six years ago, I lost around 78 lbs. in one year alone, combining jogging, the right diet, the right rest and I’ve even quit smoking and drinking.  Now, I’m actually trying to go and join a marathon contest here in our place which will take place 2 months from now and I still have a lot of time to do a lot of training.  What I just need to do is to find some marathon training tips and I know that all over the Net, there are lots of book guides and other learning tools that can help me how to train myself to be a marathon runner and not just a jogger.
