Using Cones To Improve Vertical Leap

Cones are a great piece of equipment that you can use with multiple plyometric workouts to increase your vertical. You can line up cones and slalom jump between them. You can line them up so you can jump through them. There are so many different ways to use the cones to improve your vertical. Experiment with the cones and find which exercises help your vertical the most and are the toughest for you to do. If you cannot get cones, then you could always find something that is as tall as cones to substitute, but if possible you want cones.
