Consider the lateral move in your career

It didn’t take me long to discover that the career path I was on had a low ceiling for advancement. I managed to get a consultation with my divisions manager to discuss how I could improve my chances for advancement. She suggested that I consider online computer degrees as a means to get more eligible for potential lateral transfer with in the company. With online computer degrees being very acceptable these days I could change the direction of my career and not only become more promoteable but the company would reimburse me for the cost as long as the classes related to the job.
