In comparing Dish Network vs Direct TV for choices in viewing packages, which has more choices?

By admin | July 4, 2008

It looks great to say you get 250 choices of what to watch, but if the truth is only 25 of the channels offer appeal to me what good are the other 90% to me? In reviewing what packages are available for satellite TV, how can I get a package for what I will watch and enjoy rather than getting more channels I don’t care about and won’t watch? In comparing Dish Network vs Direct TV does with one let me make up my own programming package? I do not need 12 different movie channels, MTV, rap music and lots of soap operas in my personal package. It would be worth more to me to have what I am interested in than many, many programs that I would just as soon not have to flip through to get to what appeals to me.
