Needing Network Performance Monitoring Software

Last night, my husband was telling me about the problem that they have in the office. He told me that network server is down and they could not do anything about it. So what they are trying to do is tranfer everything, all the data, to another server. He knows that in order to avoid this thing from happening again, he needs Network Performance Monitoring Software. He understands the employees for complaining because even network printing is impossible. So imagine the hassle that the office is going thru now and the operations are stalled because of this too.
