Popups? Spyware? Here’s How I Removed Them

I use my PC at least 12 hours a day because of the job I do. So it is very rare that I even switch it off but I did the other day. Problem is, when I turned it back on something was very wrong! It was running very slow and I just kept on getting these popups when I went online. I knew I must have picked up some sort of spyware or something, so I ran my spyware removal program and sure enough it picked up quite a few things actually. More than I thought I had. I wonder how long these programs have been tracking my browsing? Oh well, thank god they have gone now anyway!
