The radio show that talked about water and gas

Last Saturday I got a call from one of my tenants stating that the kitchen garbage disposal needed replacing. He said he would have no problem buying the disposal and installing it. He said that all he would need from me was to reimburse him for it. I told him that would be fine. Sunday morning I drove over to the house to give him some money. On the way over to the house I heard a radio show talk about water for gas. The whole radio show had to do with ways to save money on cars and car repairs.
